In 2020 my sister was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It’s changed a lot of how she functions in the world and something. Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, is a disease that primarily affects the central nervous system, specifically the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. Each person who has it has a completely different experience but some things that can be impacted include fatigue, brain fog, memory issues, numbness, pain, mobility, vision impairment, and more. Currently over 2.9 people worldwide live with MS and women are nearly twice as likely to be diagnosed with it than men. To learn more I highly encourage you to head over to the MS Society, the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, or the MS Trust UK.
This design was drawn by me with creative direction from my sister. Orange butterflies are a symbol of MS because butterfly wings look like the brain lesions that affect the nervous system
This sticker features a drawing of a lavender brain with a monarch butterfly overtop. Seversl flowers in various shades of purple and orange surround the butterfly and brain. The entire drawing is outlined in a soft yellow. Each sticker is 2.75" wide by 3" tall and printed on a water resistant glossy vinyl.
